I have been a Chico Realtor with Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty for 27 years.  I came to Chico in 1973 to attend Chico State University, graduated, and never left!  I decided that this was the perfect town to raise a family and build my Real Estate career. I specialize in residential listings and sales, and I also have a strong background and experience in income property and college housing.
 
I am a member of the California, National, and Chico Association of Realtors.
